Ill just want to run through it, Ill probably activate a few of these. These cheats include: triple game speed, no random encounters, and the ability to max out your hit points and ATB gauge in battle.
However, its come to light that the PC version of the remaster will offer a suite of additional cheats which wont be available in the console release. It could be because the additional cheats might mess with Trophies, or maybe its to make up for the fact that theres already been a port of Final Fantasy VIII on PC. When hes not practising combos, hes usually getting lost in the latest 100-hour RPG, or, yknow, replaying The Witcher 3. For FF9 they effected trophies and achievements etc so I suspect these will too. Be invincible in Dark Souls, infinite money in GTA5, all moves one-shot in SF. Whatever way in which you want to ruin your game, its possible with Cheat Engine. In that version there was an INI file that could use to manipulate in game values and use it to cheat the game. The Steam release was mainly an updated version of the 2000 release to work on newer versions of Windows and had a front end menu that allowed you to cheat the game without the need to tinker with the INI file. My guess is that seeing as this is a newer version of the game, and is closer to PS1 game (but with improved textures) than the PC game. Im guessing that the new cheat system wouldnt have as many cheats as the Steam version as it might not even use the same files as the PC editions have used. I never finished this on PS (ugh, the draw system) and I want to see the full story. Its a game that really wants you to find exploits in the game to progress. If you play too honestly, youll be practically walking on glue. Final Fantasy X Pc Cheats How To Exploit CharactersI have a fried who back then ran some serious spread sheets to figure out how to exploit characters and battles. But something about it makes it the one of the big 3 (imo) that i didnt revisit but a time or two after i beat it. The story is a mess from disc 2 so its not worth cheating as playing the game is learning the systems and expanding your arsenal. The only cheats worth using are a speed up option for easy battles and something I dont think is included x2 or x3 to every drawn magic to cut down on the grind. Turning a 60 hour great game but an occasional slog in to a 35-40 hour fantastic game. Looks like the older Eidos published version has been delisted off Steams store. Though to be honest, if I was to get FFVIII again, I would get it on the Switch. And i have seen the complete story Draw is not so bad as people make it out too be.
